Attention!
Do not use the whisk (F) to make tight
dough.
Products should be put into the bowl
before switching on the unit. Do not
overfill the bowl for mixing products.
USING THE MINI-CHOPPER
The mini-chopper is used for chopping
meat, cheese, onion, aromatic herbs,
garlic, carrots, walnut, almond, fruits.
Attention!
Do not chop very hard products such as
nutmegs, coffee beans and cereals.
Before you start chopping:
• Cut meat, cheese, onion, garlic, carrot
in (approximately equal) pieces.
• Remove stalk from the herbs, shell the
nuts.
• Remove bones, tendons and cartilages
from meat.

WARNING: Do not overfill the chopper
bowl.
Warning: the blades are very sharp!
Always hold the blade by the upper plastic
tip.
1. Place the blade (Н) on the axis of the
chopper bowl (I). (pic.5)
2. Pit the products into the chopper bowl
(I).
3. Put the lid (G). (pic.6)
4. Insert the gear (E) into the motor unit
(С) (pic.7)
5. Insert the motor unit (С) into the bowl
(I) (pic.8)
6. Switch on the unit, by selecting the
necessary operation mode by means
of the (А) “normal” or (В) “turbo” but-
tons. During operation hold the motor
unit (С) with one hand, and the bowl (I)
with the other hand.
7. After using the chopper, disconnect
the motor unit (C), and then remove
the gear (E).
8. Carefully remove the blade (H).
9. Remove the chopped products from
the bowl (I).
CLEANING
ATTENTION! The blades are very sharp
and dangerous.
Handle the blades very carefully!
• Before cleaning, unplug the unit.
• Remove the attachments.
• Use a slightly dampened cloth to clean
the motor unit (C) and then wipe the
motor unit dry.
• The gear (E) can be rinsed in water, but
never immerse it into water.
• After processing of salt and sour prod-
ucts immediately rinse the blade (Н).
• When processing products with strong
color properties (for instance, carrot
or beet root) the attachments and the
bowl can get colored, wipe them with a
cloth, dampened in plant oil.
• Wash the attachments, the chopper
bowl and the bowl in warm soapy wa-
ter, rinse them and dry thoroughly. Do
not wash the attachment together with
the motor unit (С), firstly remove them
from the motor unit and only then wash
them.
DO NOT IMMERSE THE MOTOR UNIT
AND THE GEAR INTO ANY LIQUIDS,
AND DO NOT WASH THEM IN A DISH
WASH MACHINE.
DO NOT PLACE THE ATTACHMENS IN
A DISH WASH MACHINE.
