Place the grid next to the knife, fitting protrusions in the slot
(fig.6).
Support or press the centre of the knife with one finger then
screw the fixing ring tight with another hand (fig.7). Do not over
tighten.
Place the tray on the nozzle-grinder and fix it into position
(fig.8).
Locate the unit on a firm place.
The air passage at the bottom and the side of the motor housing
should be kept free and not blocked.
REVERSE
In case of jamming switch off the appliance, Press Reverse switch to reverse (15) «REVERSE».
Screw will be rotating in the opposite direction, and the head will get empty.
If it doesn't work, switch off the unit and clean it.
MEAT PROCESSING
Cut all foods into pieces (sinewless, boneless and fatless meat is recommended, approximate
size :20 mm x 20 mm x 60 mm) so that they fit easily into the hopper opening.
Plug the unit on and press (17) «START/STOP».
Feed foods into the hopper plate. Use for it only the food pusher (1).
After use switch the unit off and unplug it from the power supply.
USING THE «KEBBE» ATTACHMENT
Kebbe is a traditional Middle Eastern dish cooked of lamb meat, wheat flour and spices chopped
together to prepare the base for hollow rolls. The rolls are filled and deep fried. You can make
different delicacies trying various fillings. Prepare the casing base.
RECIPE MINCED MEAT
Ingredients:
Cooking:
Lamb: 100g.
Olive oil: 1 tablespoon.
Onion (finely chopped):
1 tablespoon.
Spices to taste.
Salt to taste.
Flour: 1 tablespoon.
1. If desired, grind the lamb twice.
2. Fry the onion until Golden and add to the minced
meat along with spices, salt and flour.
To prepare the sausage, perform the assembly as shown in the figure
below:
Mince meat three times and mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
More meat and less flour for outlet cover create better consistency
and taste.
Grind the mixture three times.
