Î Change engine oil.
Î Change the oil in the high pressure
pump.
Î Check the motor's air filter, clean if re-
quired.
Î Check sieve in the lack of water fuse,
clean if required
Î Change engine oil.
Î Clean or replace fuel filter in the motor.
Î Replace high pressure hose.
Î Check spark-plug in the motor, replace
if required
Î Change the oil in the high pressure
pump.
Î Decalcify appliance.
Î Check belt; replace, if required (Cus-
tomer Service).
Î Perform the pressure test as per manu-
facturer's instructions.
Oil change:
Î Ready a catch bin for appr. 1 Liter oil.
Î Turn out the oil drain screw.
Î Drain the oil in a collection basin.
Î Turn out the oil drain screw.
Î Slowly fill in new oil until the "MAX"
marking on the oil dipstick.
Note: Air pockets must be able to leak out.
For oil type refer to technical specifica-
tions.
Carry out maintenance tasks to the engine
according to the specifications provided in
the operating instructions of the engine
manufacturer.
The flow resistance is higher if there are de-
posits in the pipes; this increases the load
on the motor.
Danger
Risk of explosion due to combustible gas-
es! Smoking strictly prohibited during de-
calcification. Ensure proper ventilation.

Risk of burns injury on account of acid!
Wear protective glasses and protective
gloves.
Procedure:
According to statutory requirements, only
tested and approv approved boiler decrust-
ing agents may be used.
RM 100 (Order No. 6.287-008) dis-
solves chalk and simple compounds of
chalk and detergents residues.
RM 101 (Order No. 6.287-013) dis-
solves the deposits that cannot be dis-
solved using RM 100.
Î Fill a 20 litre container with 15 l water.
Î Add one litre of boiler decrusting agent.
Î Connect the water hose directly to the
switching valve for suction water and
hang in the other free end into the con-
tainer.
Î Insert the connected spray pipe without
nozzle into the container.
Î Start the engine according to the oper-
ating instructions of the engine manu-
facturer.
