Step 3

1. Attach the Lat Bar (#9) to the Lat Top Cross Brace (#10) using:

two M12*30 SHCS (#25) two M12*100 SHCS (#26)

six Φ13*Φ24*1.5 Flat Washer (#29) two M12 Nylon Lock Nut (#30)

2. Attach the Rubber Band Rack (#13) to the Base Frame (#1) using:

four M12*100 SHCS (#26) eight Φ13*Φ24*1.5 Flat Washer (#29)

four M12 Nylon Lock Nut (#30)

3. Attach the Weight Plate Storage (#4) to the Rear Upright Frame (#5) using:

twenty M12*100 SHCS (#26) forty Φ13*Φ24*1.5 Flat Washer (#29)

twenty M12 Nylon Lock Nut (#30)
