Attach the Carriage 1(#6) and Weight Hook 2 (#12) to the Upright Frame 2 (#3).

Attach the Carriage 2(#8) and Weight Hook 1 (#11) to the Upright Frame 1 (#2).

Note: Wrench tighten bolts and Nylon Lock Nuts.
