Multi-Frame Connections
The Viper Composite system can consist of several individual frames connected together so that
all operate as a single routing system. The “Master” frame contains the processor whereas the
other frames each contain a “Slave” processor. The action of the slave frames are controlled
exclusively by the frame with the master processor. The frames are connected via a “looping” 25
pin cable connected to the J1 port on each frame. The 25 pin J1 connector is used when the
audio option is ordered.
Control panels and serial control connect to the frame containing the master processor.
