Audio / Video Settings
TV Aspect Ratio
WIDE Select this setting if a wide screen TV set with the picture
format 16:9 is connected.
NORMAL Select this setting if a TV set with the picture format 4:3 is
connected. With Letter Box Mode the display of wide screen
formats has black bars at the top and bottom edges of the
picture. Using Pan-Scan, the picture is stretched so that no
black bar is visible, but the left and right edges are cut off.
56 In the menu SETTINGS select the option AUDIO VIDEO
SETTINGS.

56 Select option TV ASPECT RATIO.

PAL Select this setting if the TV set you have connected can only
play back the PAL colour standard.
