SET UP 1 Connect power cord to appropriate power source 2 Push the power switch located on the back of the machine to the on position OPERATION HOT LAMINATION Hot Lamination Erann TEMPERATURE G0C After the laminator has been turned on using the power switch located on the back of the machine the Cold mode is automatically set The words Cold and Ready temper ature setting 0 and speed setting 0 should be displayed on the LCD 1 Select CARRY on the function keys The LCD will indicate Temperature 130 C 266 F and Speed 0 READY will not be indicated When the temperature of the rollers reach 90 C 194 F or above the Speed will increase to 3 and the roller will start to roll When the temperature of the roller reaches 130 C 266 F READY will begin to blink on the LCD 2 Use the Laminating Guide included with the machine to select the proper temperature and speed for the material to be laminated For example if laminating photocopy paper with 80 micron 3 mil film then line up the film thickness 80 micron 3 mil with the currently selected temperature 130 C 266 F Speed 4 shows through the window above Photocopy Paper so the speed should be increased to 4 by pressing Motor Speed 4 A second example if laminating a photograph with 125 micron 5 mil film then line up 130 C 266 F with 125 micron 5 mil Because there is no Speed setting that shows through the window the temperature must be increased Turning the Guide to 135 C 126 F shows a Speed 1 in the window above Photograph so the operator should increase the laminator temperature using the arrow keys up to 135 C 276 F and also decrease the Speed by pressing motor Speed Key 1 12 OPERAZIONE 1 Inseriré il filo elettrico in una presa adatta 2 Premere l interruttore posto sul retro della macchina su posizione on PLASTIFICAZIONE A CALDO Dopo che la macchina é stata accesa viene impóstate automáticamente il modo coid Le parole coid e ready temperatura 0 e velocitá 0 dovrebbero compadre su LCD 1 Impostare CARRI sui tasti delle funzioni LCD indicherá temperatura a 130 C e velocitá 0 READY non verrá indicato Quando la temperatura dei rulli raggiunge 90 C o li supera la velocitá sallrá a 3 ed II rullo nizierá a rotare Quando la temperatura dei rulli raggiungerá 130 C READY inizierá a lampeggiare 2 Segulte la guida fornita con la macchina per selezionare la corretta temperatura e velocitá in base al materiale che volete plastificare Per esempio se plastificate carta da fotocopie con film a 80 microns regolate lo spessore del film con la temperatura 130 C la finestra sopra Photocpy Paper mostrerá velocitá 6 cosí la velocitá puó essere aumentata a 6 premendo velocitá 6 Un altro esempio se plastificate una fotografía con film a 125 microns allineate la temperatura a 130 C con 125 microns Dato che nessuna velocitá apparirá preimpostata sulla finestra la temperatura andrá aumentata Gírate la guida a 135 C cosicché la velocitá 1 nella finestra sopra Photograph apparirá e l operatore potrá aumentare la temperatura usando il tasto con la freccia fino a 135 C e anche diminuirla premendo il tasto apposito
