Troubleshooting
Trouble Source & remedy
Appliance does not heat
• Check whether ON/OFF switch is in
correct position.
• Check whether the power plug is
connected properly to the mains.
• Check the power socket by connecting
another appliance for testing.
• Check if power cord and/or plug are
damaged. If damaged, do not use the
appliance!
• Check if the overheating/boil dry
protection has cut the power supply. If
so, make a reset of the fuse.
Temperature not enough
• Check if the temperature control knob
is set to the desired temperature.
• Check whether the appliance is scaled.
Decalcify the pot if necessary.
Reset of the overheating protection not
possible
• Appliance is still too hot. Wait until
the appliance has cooled. Then try
again to do the reset.

- Der integrierte überhitzungs trockengehschutz schaltet im fall einer überhitzung des gerätes die stromzufuhr automatisch ab beide kontrolllampen erlöschen danach ist ein rücksetzen der sicherung erforderlich 9

- Gerät ausschalten hierzu den kippschalter auf die position 0 stellen und den netzstecker ziehen inhalt entleeren und gerät kurz abkühlen lassen zum rücksetzen des überhitzungsschutzes den stift auf der unterseite des gerätes drücken das rücksetzen der sicherung ist erfolgreich ausgeführt wenn ein deutliches klick zu hören ist nun können sie das gerät wieder in betrieb nehmen 9
- Hinweis das gerät kann erst wieder betrieben werden wenn es abgekühlt ist und danach ein rücksetzen des überhitzungsschutzes durchgeführt wurde 9

- Achtung verletzungs bzw verbrennungsgefahr vor jeder reinigung netzstecker ziehen gerät netzstecker und kabel nie in wasser tauchen vor der reinigung alle teile unbedingt abkühlen lassen 10

- Assembling the outlet tap before assembly let all parts dry slide the seal collar firmly on the upper part of the tap until it locks in place set the upper part of the tap on the tap s base and firmly screw together clockwise check for leak tightness 16
- Attention prior to disassembly make sure the unit has cooled down and got disconnected from the mains empty the pot completely before taking out the tap 16
- Disassembling the outlet tap the outlet tap can be disassembled for cleaning 16

- Loosen the upper part of the tap by turning the metal ring anti clockwise and remove it from the tap s base remove the seal collar clean all parts thoroughly we recommend using a small bottle brush for cleaning do not insert sharp or pointed objects into the assembled outlet tap 16
