becomes more tender in the Hold phase.
For a slow cooking phase of more than 8 hours,
always use freshly slaughtered meat (max. 36 hours
after slaughter).
6.6 Setting the buzzer volume
If the machine is switched on but is not in use, you
can set the buzzer volume.
Default value for buzzer volume is 3.
You can press button
for 2 seconds to change
the volume. In display 6, the indication „VOL“ appears,
and in display 4, a number between 0 and 5. With
buttons
you can change the volume between
stages 0 and 5 (0 = buzzer switched off, 1 = quiet, 5 =
loud). The current volume sounds all the time.
When you leave this setting mode again by pressing
button
the newly selected volume is stored..
