– Switch the scale on by tapping on the scale
body.
– Wait till the symbols «0.0 kg», «0.0 lb» or
«0:0 st» appear, depending on the selected
measurement units.
– Step on the scale, keep your feet parallel to
each other and distribute your weight evenly.
– Stay still while weighing. During weight mea-
surement the weight values will be flashing
on the display (5), and after measurement
they will light constantly.
Attention!
• Ifthescaleissetunevenly,thesymbol«--
-»willappearonthedisplay(5).
• If the symbol «EEEE» appeared on the
display (5), it means that the scale is
overloaded.Stepoffthescaleimmediately
toavoiditsdamage.
• Thescalewillbeswitchedoffautomatically
approximately in 10 seconds after weight
measurement.
Entering personal data
– Touch the «SET» button (3), one of the user
numbers will be flashing on the display (5):
«USER 0», «USER 1».., «USER 9».
− Select the user number by touching the
sensor buttons «▲\q» (2). You can enter
data for 10 users marked by symbols «USER
0», «USER 1».., «USER 9». Confirm your
choice with the «SET» button (3).
− Then the flashing symbol of the sex will be
shown on the display (5). Select the symbol
for women or for men by touching the
sensor buttons «▲\q» (2). Confirm your
choice with the «SET» button (3).
− Digital values of age will be flashing on the
display (5). Set the user’s age by touching
the buttons «▲\q» (2), the age range is from
10 to 85 years with 1 year step. To save the
user’s age touch the «SET» button (3).
− Then flashing digital values of height will be
shown on the display (5), the digital values of
height are entered in values corresponding
to the selected weight measurement units.
If you select the weight measurement units
«kg», the user’s height values are given in
«centimeters», possible height values are
from 75 to 225 cm with 1 cm step. Set the
height values by touching the buttons «▲\q»
(2), confirm the settings with the «SET»
button (3).
− Then the symbol of the physical training
level will appear on the display (5). Select
your physical training level with the buttons
«▲\q» (2):
- low,
- medium,
- high.
– Confirm your choice by the «SET» button (3).
Calculation of fat, bone, muscle bulk and
water percentage in a human body.
– Touch the «SET» button (3), one of the user
numbers «USER 0», «USER 1».., «USER 9»
will be flashing on the display (6).
− Select the necessary user’s number «USER
0», «USER 1».., «USER 9» using the buttons
«▲\q» (2).
– The flashing user’s number, sex, age, height
and physical training level will appear on the
display (5).
– Wait till the symbols «0.0 kg», «0.0 lb» or
«0:0 st» appear, depending on the selected
measurement units.
– Step on the scale barefoot, during weight
measurement the weight values will be flash-
ing on the display (5), and after measure-
ment they will light constantly.
– The following symbols will be also shown on
the display (5):
- fat percentage,
- water percentage,
- muscle tissue percentage,
- bone tissue percentage,
- body weight analysis results,
- abnormally low weight,
- decreased weight.
- normal,
- above normal,
- excessive weight.
KCAL – recommended level of daily calorie
intake,
Decrease – your weight has decreased as
compared to previous weight measurement.
Increase – your weight has increased as
compared to previous weight measurement.
– Weight measurement data will be shown
twice.
