Attention!
– If the symbol «Err» appears on the display
(3), it means that the scale is overloaded.
Step off the scale immediately to avoid its
damage.
– The scale will be switched off automati-
cally in about 15 seconds after weight
measurement.
ENTERING PERSONAL DATA
• Press the «SET» button (4), the number of
one of the users «P-0 user», «P-1 user»..,
«P-9 user», his/her height and the sym-
bols «0.0 kg» or «0.0 lb» – depending on the
selected measurement units – will appear on
the display (3).
• Select the required user number by repeat-
edly pressing the buttons (5) «▲/▼». You
can enter data for 10 users marked by sym-
bols «P-0 user», «P-1 user».., «P-9 user».
Confirm the user selection by pressing the
«SET» button (4), the flashing symbols of
the user’s number «P-0 user», «P-1 user»..,
«P-9 user» and symbols «0.0 kg» or «0.0 lb» –
depending on the selected measurement
units – will appear on the display (3).
• Press the «SET» button (4) again, the flashing
digital values of age and the symbols «age»
will appear on the display (3). Set the user’s
age by repeatedly pressing or pressing and
holding down one of the buttons (5) «▲/▼»,
the age range is from 10 to 100 years with the
step 1 year. To save the user’s age, press the
«SET» button (4).
• Then the flashing symbol of the sex will be
shown on display (3). Select the symbol
for women or
for men, pressing one of the
buttons (5) «▲/▼». Confirm your selection
by pressing the «SET» button (4).
• Then flashing digital values of height will be
shown on the display (3), the digital values of
height are entered in values corresponding to
the selected weight measurement units. If you
select the weight measurement units «kg»,
the user’s height values are entered in «cen-
timeters», possible height values are from
100 to 220 cm with 1 cm step. Set the height
values by repeatedly pressing or pressing and
holding down one of the buttons (5) «▲/▼»,
confirm your selection by pressing the «SET»
button (4).
CALCULATION OF FAT, BONE AND MUSCLE
TISSUE AND WATER PERCENTAGE
IN A HUMAN BODY
• Press the «SET» button (4).
• By consequently pressing the buttons (5)
«▲/▼», select the user number with your
data «P-0 user», «P-1 user».., «P-9 user».
• You can view the personal information by
repeatedly pressing the «SET» button (4).
• After viewing your personal data, press the
«SET» button (4) again, the symbols «0.0 kg»
or «0.0 lb» will appear on the display (3),
depending on the selected measurement
units.
Note: If you do not need to view your per-
sonal data, then after having selected the
user’s number, wait till the symbols «0.0 kg»
or «0.0 lb» – depending on the selected
measurement units – will appear on the dis-
play (3).
• Step with your bare feet on the scale so that
your feet are on the contact areas (2), stay still
during the weight measurement and wait till
the weight indications appear.
• Remain standing on the scale, the descend-
ing symbols «oooo» will appear on the dis-
play (3).
• After calculation, the following data will be
shown on the display (3):
– the user’s weight in selected weight units
(kg/lb);
– fat percentage (BF),
– water percentage (BW),
– body weight index (BMI),
– bone tissue percentage (BONE).
• The calculation results will be shown on the
display for 30 seconds and then the unit will
be switched off automatically.
Notes:
– IT IS NECESSARY to enter your personal data
into the scale memory before measuring fat,
water percentage, etc.
– The data on the percentage of fat and water
may be obtained only if you stand on the
scale barefoot.
– If the symbol «Err» appears on the display
(3), it means that the scale is overloaded.
Step off the scale immediately to avoid its
damage. Maximal capacity of the scale
is 180 kg.
– The symbol «Err2» (in this model only Err
appears) indicates that fat percentage in the
body is less than 5% or exceeds 85%.
