22. Security Enable
22.1 Security Enable Read
This command is used in order to read the Security Enable.
1) The controller requests the monitor to read Security Enable

Monitor ID: Specify the Monitor ID of which you want to change a setting.
Ex.) If Monitor ID is '1', specify 'A'.
'0' (30h): Message sender is the controller.
'A' (41h): Message type is "Command".
'0'-'8'(30h, 38h): Message length (8byte)

'C'-'A'-'0'-'C' (43h, 41h, 30h, 43h): Security password Command
'0'-'2' (30h, 32h): Enable Read
ETX (03h): End of Message

BCC: Block Check Code

2) The monitor replies Security Enable to the controller.
