Before this operation, perform the following steps

PullhandleBasshowninFig.6.

OpenpanelCasshowninFig.5.
Pullhandle BasshowninFig.6.
Iftheappliancehasalid,removeitbyremovingthe4
screwsBasshowninFig.9A.
• WALL FIXING
Markthepositionofthelowersideofthehoodonthewall
(Fig.2A).Maintaintheminimumdistancerequiredfromthe
hobasshowninFig.2B.
-Position the xing templateon the wall, making sure
thatthelinecoincideswiththelinepreviouslymadeon
thewall.
- Markthe xingholes and cut theminto thematerial
(Fig.3).
-Fixthe2topscrewsKandscrewanchors(Fig.3),without
tighteningthemcompletely.
-Placetheapplianceagainstthewall,alignitinhorizontal
positionandtightenscrewsK(Fig.7).
-Oncetheadjustmenthasbeencompleted,xthehood
usingthe2 screwsC(Fig.8).
-Whencarryingoutthexingoperations,useonlyscrews
andscrewanchorssuitedtothetypeofwall(e.g.reinforced
concrete,plasterboardetc.).
-Ifthescrewsandscrewanchorsaresuppliedwiththe
appliance,makesurethattheyaresuitedtothetypeof
walltowhichthehoodmustbexed.
• INSTALLATION OF MODELS WITHOUT DECORATIVE
DUCTS
EXTRACTOR HOOD
-Removethe4screwsBasshownin(Fig.9A).
-RemovebothgridEontheairoutletholeandlidMas
shownin(Fig.9B).
-Connectthehoodtotheexible hose (not supplied)
andthehosetotheairexhaustholepreviouslyprepared
(Fig.9C).
-Fixthelidonceagainbyusingthe4screwspreviously
removedin(Fig.9A).
• OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES
This model may have decorative ducts as optional
accessories-askyourretailerforinformation.
Beforexing the decorativeducts,removeboth the 4
screwsB andlidM,asshownin(Fig.10A-B).
Asound-absorbingkitisalsoavailable(tobeorderedasan
OPTIONALaccessory)inordertoincreasethequietness
levelof the hood.The sound-absorbing layer mustbe
appliedto theback of the decorativepanel.For xing
operations,refertotheinstructionssuppliedwiththekit.
• INSTALLATION OF MODELS WITH DECORATIVE
DUCTS
Make sure the electrical power supply is within the
measurementsofthedecorativeconnector.
Adjustthewidthofthesupportbracketofthetopconnector
(Fig.11C).Thenxittotheceilingsothatitisonthesame
axisasthehoodusingscrewsA(Fig.11C)adheringto
thedistancefromtheceilingshownin(Fig.11B).Connect
angeC to the air exhausthole using exiblehose L
(Fig.11D).
Slidethetopductintothebottomduct.Fixthebottomduct
tothehoodusingscrewsB(supplied)(Fig.11E).
Pulloutthetopductasfarasthebracketandxitusing
screws F(Fig.11C).
• FILTER HOOD
Please note:
Theltersshouldbeorderedasaccessoriesfromyour
retailer.
Weoffer 2 differenttypes of kitwhich canbeused to
transformtheEXTRACTORhoodintoaFILTERhood,in
accordancewiththetypeofappliancemodelpurchased.
Onekitcontainsextractablelters(g.10)andtheother
containscircularlters(g.15).
1-Ifyoundabracket(suchastheoneindicateding.
14)includedintheproductpackaging,thisshouldbexed
tothehoodusingthe6screwssupplied.
Toreplacetheactivecarbonlterspulllever Boutwards
asshownin(Fig.10).
2-Ifyourproductisnotsuppliedwithabracket,thismeans
thattheactivecarbonlterisacircularversion(g.15).
Theltersshouldbettedtotheextractionassemblyinside
thehood,bycentringthemandrotatingthem90degrees,
untiltheyclickintoplace(Fig.15).
USE AND MAINTENANCE
• It is recommended tooperatethe appliance prior to
cooking.
It is recommendedtoleavethe appliance inoperation
for 15 minutes after cooking is terminated in order to
completelyeliminatecookingvapoursandodours.
Theproperfunctionofthecookerhoodisconditionedby
theregularityofthemaintenanceoperations,inparticular,
theactivecarbonlter.
•The anti-grease lters capture the grease particles
suspendedintheair,andarethereforesubjecttoclogging
accordingtothefrequencyoftheuseoftheappliance.
Inorder to preventrehazard, it is recommendableto
cleanthelteratamaximumof2monthsbycarryingout
thefollowinginstructions:
- Remove the lters from the cooker hood and wash
theminasolutionofwaterandneutralliquiddetergent,
leavingtosoak.
-Rinsethoroughlywithwarmwaterandleavetodry.
-Theltersmayalsobewashedinthedishwasher.
Thealuminium panelsmayalterin colourafter several
washes.Thisis not cause for customer complaint nor
replacementofpanels.
•Theactivecarbonlterspurifytheairthatisreplaced
intheenvironment.Thelters are not washablenor
re-useable and must be replaced at maximum every
four months.The saturation of the active carbon lter
depends on the frequencyof use of the appliance,by
the type of cooking and the regularity of cleaning the
anti-greaselters.
