Burners C120 and C160 are
delivered with front plate C120
fitted.
Burner C160 is fitted with a
tightness controller. For this
burner, front plate C120 must be
replaced by front plate C160
(comes with documentation
folder).
Burner characteristics
IME and AGP (Multi-Stage Injection and
Proportional Air/Gas) gas burners C120,
C160 and C210 are blast-air units with
low gas pollution discharge (low NOx).
They use all the gases listed in the
included table on the condition that
suitable settings are made according to
the pressure levels available and taking
account of the variations in the heating
capacities of these gases.
They operate either at two progressive
rates or modulating, in conjunction with
PI or PID power regulator.
They are suited to generators meeting
EN 303.1 Standard requirements.
Three fixed combustion head lengths
are available (T1-T2-T3).
The control unit SG 513 is designed for
intermittent service (limiting it to twenty-
four hours of continued use).
Packaging
The burner is delivered on a pallet, in
three packages, weighing between 92
and 110 kg, according to model.
Burner body :
- integrated electrical plate,
- documentation folder containing :
- the front plate C160 (burners C120
and C160)
- operating instructions,
- wiring and hydraulic diagrams,
- boiler house plate,
- guarantee.
Combustion head :
- boiler front seal, one bolt bag and two
hinge shafts.
- a bag of six M5x6 undrilled screws, for
attaching the turbulator to the propane
gas unit.
Gas train :
- valve set, collector.

- Alle sicherheitsrelevanten komponen ten dürfen nicht repariert werden sondern müssen durch teile mit derselben bestellnummer ersetzt werden nur originalersatzteile verwenden
