4.0 KNOW YOUR WELDER

Your welder offers three welding functions in the same generator. These functions can be selected thru

the selector key on the front panel of the unit:

Stick Welding

we can weld rutile and basic electrodes till diam. 4mm. The welding current is adjustable thru the po-

tentiometer on the front panel.

TIG welding

In position TIG a TIG torch with gas valve on the handle is used .

The arc lifts by contact (scratch)

The gas valve has to be opened manually before the welding and then to be closed manually when the

welding is completed. The current is adjustable thru the potentiometer on the front panel.

MIG (GMAW and FCAW) Welding with Gas and without Gas

This welder offers the chance to weld in manual function allowing to the operator the possibility of setting

the wire speed and the welding voltage and in synergic function that lets to the unit to set the optimal

current on the base of the selected wire diameter and gas type. The operator has, however the possibility

of fine setting the wire speed thru the potentiometer on the front panel, the allowed balancing is ±40%.
