the ‘Answer only’ mode (OGM2). To do this, press and hold the ANS
ON/OFF button [27] until you hear a short beep, then your answering
machine will play back the 'outgoing message' selected. If you want to
select the other 'outgoing message', repeat the above actions.
Answering machine on/off
When the answering machine is turned on, the "Answer ON"
indicator [21] is lighted.
To turn the answering machine on or off simply press the ANS
ON/OFF button [27] and you will hear: “Answer ON” or “Answer
OFF” message.
Note:
1. When the answering machine is on, it automatically answers after
two rings, if there are new messages in the memory, and after four
rings, if new messages have not been recorded.
2. When the answering machine is off, it automatically answers after
8 rings, if there are new messages in the memory, and after 10
rings, if new messages have not been recorded.
3. If the answering machine has started to record a new message, but
you have decided to answer the calling party yourself, you can
interrupt the message recording and answer the call by simply
pressing the PHONE button [3] or by lifting the handset of another
phone connected to the same phone line.
Memory full
60 messages can be recorded into the answering machine memory.
When the memory is full, the machine automatically switches to the
'Answer only' mode and the indicator light [20] flashes rapidly
To prevent the answering machine memory overfilling, you should
erase the messages after listening to them.
Listening to messages
If your answering machine has recorded a new message or memo,
the indicator light [20] will be flashing. The number of flashes between
long pauses shows the number of recorded messages or memos
1. To listen to the new messages, press and hold the PLAY/PAUSE
button [17] for more than 2 seconds.
2. To listen to all messages, press and release the PLAY/PAUSE button
[17].
Actions during messages playback
1. Press the << button [23] to repeat the current message playback.
2. Press the << button [23] twice to listen to the previous message.
3. Press the >> button [24] to listen to the next message.
4. Press the PLAY/PAUSE button [17] to pause a message playback
or to resume playback.
5. Press the DELETE button [15] to erase the current message.
6. Press the STOP button [16] to stop playback.
7. Press the VOLUME -/+ buttons [13] to set the desired volume of
message being played back.
Note:
After the end of the last message you will hear: “End of message”,
two short beeps and then there will be a 8 second pause. During this
pause you can press the << button [23] to listen to the last message
once again or press the PLAY/PAUSE button [17] to play back all of
the messages once again.
