Donotusethemassagedeviceforlongerthan15minutesandthenallowittocool.Usingthedevice

forlongercanover-stimulatethemusclesandcausetensioninsteadofrelaxation.Themassagecanbe

finishedatanytimebypressingthe

button.Pleasenotethatonswitchingoff,themassageheadsfirst

returntothestartingpositionatthelumbarregion.ThisisindicatedbytheLEDflashing.Oncethisposition
