CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Unplug the appliance from the power supply. Before cleaning allow food steamer to cool.
Empty the water basin.
Wash lid, bowls, rice bowl in warm, soapy water, rinse and dry.
Clean water basin with soapy water then wipe with damp cloth.
Never put appliance into water or ush it with water, just wipe the base with damp cloth.
Do not use abrasive cleaners.
The scum may appear on the heating element. If it grows, the steamer could turn off before the food is cooked. So, after 7-10 uses,
pour 3 table spoons of clear vinegar into the water basin then ll water. Do not place lid, bowl, rice bowl in this procedure.
Plug in and set timer up to 20 minutes. When the timer rings, unplug cord from outlet.
Use the cold water to rinse the water basin then wipe with damp cloth.
