Binatone TP-3050 [9/36] After sales service

Features may be changed by Binatone without any notice.

Warranty details are set out in the warranty card provided with

the product.

Exploitation period: 3 years after the day of purchase.

Scale removal:

1. Cut a lemon in 4 parts, wrap in cheesecloth, and place in the

internal bulb (2).

2. Pour water in the appliance up to the maximum mark on the

indicator (9).

3. Boil the water and keep the appliance connected to the power

grid for one hour.

4. Pour out the water and remove scale with a soft cloth.

5. To neutralize lemon odor, pour clear water in the appliance and

boil it.

Anything else should be performed in authorized service centers.

If you do not intend to use the appliance for some time, place the

completely cooled thermopot in a package box and store in a safe

dry place out of children’s.

DISPOSAL

The appliance should be disposed of in accor-

dance with waste disposal regulations in your coun-

try and with the least damage to the environment.

Only ecologically safe materials are used in

the packaging of our products and the cardboard

and paper can be disposed of with normal paper

waste.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE

If your appliance does not operate at all or

operates poorly, call an authorized service cen-

ter for help or repairs.

The warranty does not cover the

following:

 Non-observance of the above safety measures and operation

instructions.

 Commercial use (use outside the scope of personal household

needs).

 Plugging into a mains socket with a voltage different from the

voltage on the appliance rating plate.

 Improper care (ingress of liquid, dust, insects, and other foreign items

and substances inside the appliance).

 Use of excessive force during appliance operation or other dam-

ages (mechanical damages resulting from incorrect use, shocks or

dropping of the appliance).

 Unauthorized repairs or replacement of the appliance parts per-

formed by an unauthorized person or service center.

 Scale deposit on the appliance regardless of the used water.

 Accidents, such as lightning strike, flood, fire and other acts of God.
