BASIC RECIPES
Whipped cream
220 ml cold heavy whipping cream
40 g (2 tablespoons) sugar, honey or maple syrup
2.5 g (½ teaspoon) vanilla sugar
- Cool the bowl (6) in a freezer for at least 20
minutes.
- Place all ingredients in the bowl (6).
- Use the attachment (13) to whip the cream until
done.
- The cooking time is about 1 minute at the
maximum attachment (13) speed.
