4. SCOOTER SAFETY PRECAUTIONS – MUST READ
FAILURE TO FOLLOW ANY OF THE FOLLOWING SAFETY PRECAUTIONS CAN AND MAY LEAD TO DAMAGE TO YOUR SCOOTER, VOID
YOUR MANUFACTURER WARRANTY, LEAD TO PROPERTY DAMAGE, CAUSE SERIOUS BODILY INJURY, AND CAN LEAD TO DEATH.
19. Do not operate the Kick Scooter UNICORN in crowded areas.
20. Operate your Kick Scooter UNICORN with extreme caution when
indoors, especially around people, property, and narrow spaces
like doorways and other narrow spaces.
21. Operate your Kick Scooter UNICORN with extreme consideration
for people and property at all times.
22. Do not operate the Kick Scooter UNICORN while talking, texting,
or looking at your phone.
23. Do not ride your Kick Scooter UNICORN where it is not permitted.
24. Do not ride your Kick Scooter UNICORN near motor vehicles
or on public roads.
25.
Do not climb or travel down steep hills with your Kick Scooter UNICORN.
26. The Kick Scooter UNICORN is intended for use by a single individual,
DO NOT attempt to operate the Kick Scooter UNICORN with two
or more people.
27. Do not carry anything while riding the Kick Scooter UNICORN.
28. Individuals with lack of balance should not attempt to operate
the Kick Scooter UNICORN.
29. Women who are pregnant or who may become pregnant should
not operate the Kick Scooter UNICORN.
30. Young children and the elderly should not operate the Kick Scooter
UNICORN without proper instruction and supervision from a
Certied Kick Scooter UNICORN trainer.
31. At higher speeds, always take into consideration longer stopping
distances.
32. Do not attempt to jump on or o your Kick Scooter UNICORN.
33.
Do not attempt any stunts or tricks with your Kick Scooter UNICORN.
34. Do not ride the Kick Scooter UNICORN in dark or poorly lit areas.
35. Do not ride the Kick Scooter UNICORN near or over potholes,
cracks or uneven pavement.
36. Do not operate your Kick Scooter UNICORN o-road.
37. Do not exceed the maximum or minimum weight limits.
38. Avoid driving the Kick Scooter UNICORN in unsafe places, including
near areas with ammable gas, steam, liquid, dust, ber, which
could cause re and explosion accidents.
39. Follow all of the state, local, and federal laws in your respective
jurisdiction regarding operation of the Kick Scooter UNICORN
or similar products.
40. Enjoy your Kick Scooter UNICORN safely and responsibly.
41. WARNING: Kick Scooter UNICORN is not waterproof, never use
it in rain, hail or snow, do not drive through damp or wet terrain,
through puddles or mud, and only clean the unit with a damp
cloth and not under a water jet or similar!
1. Please wear all appropriate safety and protective gear as previously
mentioned in the User Manual (Section 3) before operating the
Kick Scooter UNICORN.
2. Make sure to wear comfortable clothes and at closed toe shoes
when operating your Kick Scooter UNICORN.
3. Please carefully read the User Manual, which will assist in explaining
the basic working principles and provide tips on how to best
enjoy your Kick Scooter UNICORN experience.
4. Do not try to open or modify your Kick Scooter UNICORN, as doing
so will void your manufacturer warranty, and may cause failure
to your device leading to serious bodily injury or death.
5. Do not use the Kick Scooter UNICORN to place yourself or anyone
else and their property in danger.
6. Do not operate the Kick Scooter UNICORN while under the inuence
of drugs and/or alcohol.
7. Do not operate the Kick Scooter UNICORN when you are restless
or sleepy.
8. Use your best judgment to keep yourself out of dangerous situations
with your Kick Scooter UNICORN.
9. Do not ride your Kick Scooter UNICORN o of curbs, ramps, or
attempt to operate in a skate park, empty pool, or in any way
similar to a skateboard or scooter. The Kick Scooter UNICORN
IS NOT A SKATEBOARD.
10. Do not turn sharply, especially at high speeds.
11. Do not abuse your Kick Scooter UNICORN, doing so can damage
your unit and cause failure to the operating system leading to injury.
12. Do not drive in or near puddles of water, mud, sand, stones,
gravel, debris or near rough and rugged terrain.
13. The Kick Scooter UNICORN can be used on paved roads that
are at and even. If you encounter uneven pavement, please lift
your Kick Scooter UNICORN over and past the obstruction.
14. Do not ride in inclement weather: snow, rain, hail, sleek, on icy
roads or in extreme heat.
15. Do not ride in or near pools or other large bodies of water.
16. For Bumps and Uneven pavement- Bend your knees when riding
on bumpy or uneven pavement to absorb the shock and vibration
and help you keep your balance. If you are unsure if you can safely
ride on a specic terrain, step o and carry your Kick Scooter
UNICORN. ALWAYS ERR ON THE SIDE OF CAUTION.
17. Do not attempt to ride over bumps or objects greater then 1.5 cm
even when prepared and bending your knees.
18. PAY ATTENTION - look at where you are riding and be cognoscente
of the road conditions, people, places, property and objects
around you.
5. Weight and Speed Limitations
5.1 Weight Restrictions
Maximum Weight: 50 kg.
5.2 Speed Limits
Maximum Speed in Standard Operating Mode: up to 6 km/h.

Speed and Weight Limits are set for your own Safety.
Please do not exceed the limits listed in the User Manual.
6. Operating Range
The following are some of the major factors that will aect the operating range of your Kick Scooter UNICORN.
Terrain: A smooth, at surface will increase your driving distance, while driving uphill, as well as rough or uneven terrain will reduce
your distance signicantly.
Weight: The weight of the user can aect driving distance, a lighter user will have further range than a heavier user.
Ambient temperature: Please ride and store the Kick Scooter UNICORN under recommended temperatures, which will increase
driving distance; battery life, and overall performance of your Kick Scooter UNICORN.
Maintenance: Reasonable battery charging and maintenance will increase the distance. Overcharging the battery can reduce range.
Speed and Driving Style: Maintaining a moderate speed will increase your distance; while travelling at high speeds for extended
periods, frequent starts, stops, idling, along with frequent acceleration and deceleration will reduce your overall distance.
3. Operating Principles
3.1. Introduction to riding operations
1. Hold the handle with both hands and gently push it forward. When you hear a “drop”, the power
of scooter is turned on. The buzzer emits a "drop" sound, the specic meaning is as follows:
a. When the scooter is stationary, push it gently and send a “drop” to indicate that the power is on.
b. When one foot is accelerating, emits a "drop" sound , indicating that the motor is started, and
the other foot can be placed on the pedal.
c. During the riding process, one foot presses the rear wheel brake and sends a “drop”, indicating that
the motor stops working.
d. If the scooter emits a continuous sound of “drops, drops, drops”, indicating that the battery is
low, please charge the scooter in time.
2. Hold the handle with both hands, put one foot on the foot switch, and the other foot pedal back
to accelerate. When you hear the "drop" sound, you can put the other foot on the pedal.
3. If you need to slow down, please use one foot to step on the rear wheel brake. Release the brake plate
when speed slow down to the desired speed, the scooter continues to travel at the current speed.
4. If you need to stop, please use one foot to step on the rear wheel brake plate. After hearing the
"drop", continue to step on the brake plate until the car stops, and the foot leaves the pedal
to complete the stop.
3.2. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY
Step 1: Getting Started. Take your Kick Scooter UNICORN out of the box and place it at on the oor.
Step 2: Charging your Kick Scooter UNICORN. Make sure the Kick Scooter UNICORN is fully charged before your initial use. For charging
instructions, please follow details in Section 8 under Battery and Charging Specications.
Step 3: Wear all proper safety gear, including, but not limited to a helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, and wrist guards.
Note: during in the middle of operating scooter ,one leg is required to step on the power switch. Stationary 10 seconds automatic
disconnecting power supply.When leaving the riding switch, the electric motor will not start, the motor will not start when it is o the
ground, and the motor drive will be involved when the speed of the taxiing reaches 5 km.
