RECHARGEABLE ANGLE GRINDER WITH BRUSHLESS MOTOR

ATTENTION!

In order to avoid machine breakdown and injury it is not allowed to press the lock button

of the spindle 2 (рiс. 1) during the operation of the grinding machine, as well as till the full stop

the spindle after turning o the engine.

Monitor the condition and timely replace worn out equipment. Worn out cutting and grinding wheels not only

reduce the processing eciency, but can also be dangerous if destroyed.

Install and remove battery

Before removing or installing the battery as well as before transporting and storing the machine set the key 4

(pic. 1) to the “O” position to avoid accidentally turning on the machine.

ATTENTION!

Never connect batteries other than the original design or type to the tool. The use of batteries

not intended for this model of tool can lead to failure of both the tool and the battery.

Installation

Attach the charged battery to the tool moving it until click along the connector guides. Make sure the battery

is rmly xed and not staggering.

Do not use excessive force when installing the battery. If the battery is not installed on the tool without much

eort, it may be a sign of damage or inconsistencies with this type or model of the tool.

Removal

To remove the battery press the release button 7 (pic. 1) and slide the battery forward along the guides until

it is completely separated from the tool body.

Battery charge

ATTENTION!

The charger should only be connected to a single phase AC power the voltage of which

corresponds to the voltage indicated on the label of the charger.

Plug the power cord of the charger into the power outlet. The indicator 16 (pic.1) will become green in 1-2

seconds, which means the tool is ready for work.

Install the rechargeable battery into the charger guides until it stops, do not put much effort. If the battery

is not installed on the charger without much eort, check if the charger and battery match the rated voltage

and model. If the battery is low or not fully charged, the charger indicator 16 (pic. 1) will change the color of the glow

from green to red, which indicates the ongoing process of charging. The battery indicator 12 (pic. 1) will ash,

reecting the charging process.

Upon reaching full battery charge the charger indicator 16 switches to green, the indicator on the battery will

glow without blinking.

ATTENTION!

Battery charging is possible at ambient temperatures from 0 °С to +40 °С. DO NOT charge the bat-

tery when the ambient temperature is negative.

NOTE. Remember to turn the charger o when charging is complete.

Your tool is equipped with a lithium-ion rechargeable battery which does not have memory eect. Batteries

of this type are rechargeable.

Keep the battery charged at a temperature not lower than 0 °С.

NOTE. New battery can reach its rated capacity after two or three charge-discharge cycles.
