Battery charge level can be estimated using the indicator 12 (pic. 1), located on the battery body. The indicator
turns on when you press the button 11 (pic. 1) and turns o automatically after 3..4 s. The glow of the three
elements of the indicator indicates a full battery, if one - about a charge of about 30% and an emergency need
to charge the battery.
Turn on the machine
To turn o the engine of the machine, turn the power switch 4 (piс. 1) to the "on" / "I" position pushing it forward
towards the gearbox housing.
ATTENTION!
The machine has electronic engine control with soft start function. When you turn the tool on you
must wait for the engine to develop its maximum speed, and start processing after that.
If necessary, lock the key switch in the "on" position after moving the key forward, click on its front overhang – key
protrusion engages the housing groove and the key will be xed.
ATTENTION!
Don’t use lock on function without strong necessity. In case of loss of control over the machine
it will remain on, and it can cause serious injury and damage.
Release the switch 4 (рiс. 1) to shut o the machine engine or, if the key is xed, click on its back ribbed part.
Before using you must:
•
after transportation in winter conditions, before switching on, keep the machine at room temperature until
the water condensation is completely dry;
•
wipe the exterior of the machine with a cloth;
•
check the charger supply voltage. The power supply voltage must match the value indicated on the charger label;
•
сheck the compliance of the rated voltage of the machine with the rated voltage of the battery. Using a battery
with a higher rated voltage will damage the machine;
•
wear personal protective equipment (glasses, headphones, gloves) before starting work, set the tool in a comfortable
position, take a steady position;
•
try the machine at idle.
While working:
•
after turning on the engine, let the machine develop the set speed of the tooling and only after that put
the tooling and the workpiece into contact.
•
always use the machine only for the types of work for which it is intended. When processing wood use only
the designated tooling, safety of use of which on an angle grinder, no doubt.
ATTENTION!
Never use saw blades designed for circular saws on angle grinders. It is extremely traumatic!
•
do not allow mechanical damage, shock, falling of the tool on hard surfaces, etc.;
•
protect the machine from exposure to intense heat sources or chemically active substances, as well as from
the ingress of liquids and foreign solid objects inside the machine;
•
ensure eective removal of processing products from the cutting zone;
•
do not block or obstruct the ventilation openings in the machine case;
•
turn the machine o using the power switch before connecting / disconnecting the battery;
•
monitor the condition of the tooling and the heating of the electric motor;
•
do not allow pressing the spindle lock button 2 (рiс. 1) during operation; it will instantly lead to machine
breakdown and operator injury.
