4.3.3.3 RTCM1003 L1 and L2 GPS RTK Observables
Description
RTCM1003 includes GPS L1 and L2 RTK observables. ComNav receivers support to decode
RTCM1003 data and use it for RTK computation. But RTCM1003 log message output is not
supported currently.
