5.3 Troubleshooting
Problem: Monitors are flashing and mouse lags when streaming video.
I am using a Cisco Catalyst 2960 in my KVM over IP Matrix System installation (10 KVM over IP
Transmitters and 18 KVM over IP Receivers).
Remedy: Ensure that IGMP Querier is enabled. In addition to IGMP snooping for multicast installations,
IGMP Querier is also crucial. Use the following commands in Cisco 2960 CLI mode:
