Attention!
For additional protection it is reasonable to install
a residual current device (RCD) with nominal
operation current not exceeding 30 mA. To install
RCD, contact a specialist.
NECESSARY SAFETY MEASURES
Read this instruction manual carefully before using
the unit and keep it for the whole operation period.
Use the unit according to its intended purpose only,
as it is stated in this user manual. Mishandling the
unit can lead to its breakage and cause harm to the
user or damage to his/her property.
Before using the unit, read these instructions
carefully and keep them for further reference.
• Before using the unit for the first time, make
sure that voltage in your mains corresponds
to the voltage of the unit.
• The power cord is equipped with a “euro-
plug”; plug it into the socket with a reliable
grounding contact.
• To avoid fire, do not use adapters for con-
necting the unit to the mains.
• Place the unit on a flat moisture-resistant
surface away from sources of heat and open
flame.
• Do not use the unit near containers filled with
water, next to a kitchen sink, in wet base-
ments or near a swimming pool.
• Use the unit in places with proper ventilation.
To avoid fire, do not place the unit near cur-
tains and do not cover it during operation.
• Do not immerse the power cord and power
plug into water or other liquids.
• Do not touch the unit body and the power
plug with wet hands.
• Provide that the power cord does not contact
with hot surfaces and sharp furniture edges.
• Do not use the unit outdoors.
• Never leave the operating unit unattended.
• Be careful: the unit body heats up strongly
during operation, do not touch hot surfaces.
• Beware of steam output from gaps between
the operating forms, be careful, keep your
hands and open parts of your body away
from edges of the operating forms to avoid
burns.
ATTENTION! Take the nut waffles out of the
unit immediately after making. Keeping nut
waffles in the operating unit for a long time
can cause their burning.
• Never use sharp objects to take waffles out
of the nut maker, it can damage the non-stick
coating of the forms.
• Do not move the unit until it cools down com-
pletely.
• Always unplug the unit before cleaning or
when you do not use the unit.
• Do not let the power cord hang from the table
or come in contact with hot surfaces or sharp
edges of kitchen furniture.
• When unplugging the unit, pull the plug but
not cord.
• Do not allow children to touch the unit body
and the power cord during operation.
• This unit is not intended for usage by children
under 8 years of age.
• This unit is not intended for usage by people
with physical, neural, mental disorders or with
insufficient experience or knowledge, including
children over 8. Such persons may use this unit
only if they are under supervision of a person
who is responsible for their safety and if they
are given all the necessary and understandable
instructions concerning the safe usage of the
unit and information about danger that can be
caused by its improper usage.
• Do not leave children unattended to prevent
using the unit as a toy.
• For children safety reasons do not leave
polyethylene bags used as packaging unat-
tended.
Attention! Do not allow children to play with
polyethylene bags or packaging film. Danger
of suffocation!
• To avoid electric shock, do not immerse the
power cord, the power plug or the unit itself
into water or any other liquids. If it happens,
DO NOT TOUCH the unit, unplug it immedi-
ately and only then take it out of water. Apply
to the authorized service center for testing
and repairing the unit.
• Periodically check power cord and plug
integrity.
