THE UNIT IS INTENDED FOR HOUSEHOLD
USAGE ONLY
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
After unit transportation or storage under
cold (winter) conditions, it is necessary to
keep it for at least two hours at room tem-
perature before switching on.
Unpack the unit completely and remove any
stickers that can prevent unit operation.
Check the unit for damages; do not use it in
case of damages.
Before switching the unit on, make sure that
your home mains voltage corresponds to the
unit operating voltage.
Clean the non-stick coating with a damp
cloth or a sponge and then wipe it dry.
Before using the unit for the first time, add
some vegetable oil on the non-stick coating
of the operating forms (3, 4) and spread it
over the whole surface, wipe the excess oil
with a paper napkin. Close the unit and insert
the power plug into the socket for 3-5 min-
utes, then unplug the unit.
Wait until the operating forms (3, 4) cool off
completely and remove the remains of veg-
etable oil.
Note: While the first switching on of the unit,
the heating elements burn, therefore occur-
rence of a small amount of smoke or foreign
smell is possible. It is normal and is not a sign
of malfunction.
NUT MAKER USAGE
Lift the clamp (1) and open the upper form
(3), taking it by the handle (2).
Oil the operating forms’ (3, 4) non-stick coat-
ing slightly.
Close the form and move the clamp (1)
down.
Insert the power plug into the socket, the
indicators (5, 6) will light up, the operating
forms (3, 4) will start heating up.
When the preset temperature is reached (it
takes about 3 minutes), the ready-to-cook
indicator (5) will go out, now you can start
making nut waffles.
Lift the clamp (1) and open the upper form
(3) taking it by the handle (2).
Attention! Do not touch the operating form (3)
with bare hands; hold only the clamp (1). The
operating forms (3, 4) get hot during operation.
Carefully pour out the required amount of the
preliminarily made liquid dough (see the reci-
pes) into the cavities of the lower form (4).
Move the upper form (3) down and fix the
clamp (1).
Attention!
• Excess dough can pour out from the cavities
in the lower form (4), in this case it is neces-
sary to remove the excess dough and close
the forms (3, 4) completely.
• Beware of steam output from gaps between
the operating forms, be careful, do not touch
and do not place open parts of your body
near the edges of the operating forms to
avoid burns.
• During operation the ready-to-cook indicator
(5) will be going out and lighting up, indicat-
ing that the preset temperature of the oper-
ating forms (3, 4) is maintained.
Approximately in 3-4 minutes check the
readiness of the nut waffles by lifting the
upper form (3), holding the handle (2). If the
nut waffles are not ready, close the unit and
wait for some time.
When the dough gets gold color, carefully
remove the ready nut waffles using a plastic
or a wooden spatula.
ATTENTION! Take the nut waffles out of
the unit immediately after you made them.
Keeping nut waffles in the operating unit for
a long time can cause their burning.
Note:
• Cooking time can vary, depending on the
ingredients used.
• Do not use sharp or metal objects (knives,
metal spatulas etc.) to remove nut waffles
from the forms, as it can damage the non-
stick coating of the forms.
Grease the operating forms (3, 4) with a little
amount of vegetable oil before cooking a new
portion of nut waffles.
When you finish baking nut waffles, switch
the unit off by removing the plug from the
mains socket. Leave the unit opened and let
it cool down.
