CLEANING AND CARE
Attention! To avoid electric shock, do not
immerse the unit into water or any other
liquids.
– Switch the unit off by taking the power cord
plug from the mains socket.
– Let the unit cool down completely, it is rec-
ommended to lift the upper form (3) by the
handle (2) to do this.
– Remove the remaining dough, clean the non-
stick coating with a damp cloth, using a soft
detergent, if necessary, and then wipe it dry.
– Never use abrasives or metal sponges for
cleaning, as they can damage the non-stick
coating or the outer surface of the unit.
– Use a soft brush to remove the remaining
dough.
STORAGE
– Clean the unit before taking it away for stor-
age.
– Wind the power cord.
– Keep the unit away from children in a dry
cool place.
EXEMPLARY RECIPES OF NUT WAFFLES
Cookie dough nut waffle
Ingredients:
• 300 g flour
• 200 g butter
• 100 g sugar
• 1 egg
• pinch salt
• boiled condensed milk for filling
– Whisk the butter of room temperature to
whiteness.
– Add sugar and continue whisking.
– Add other ingredients and stir carefully.
– Pour a small amount of dough into the cavi-
ties of the lower form (4).
– Bake till the nut waffle halves get gold color.
– Cool the ready nut waffle halves a bit and
level the edges with a knife.
– Fill the halves with boiled condensed milk and
put them together.
Traditional nut waffles
Ingredients:
• 3 eggs
• 200 g butter of room temperature
• 150 g sugar
• 3 cups flour (1 cup - 200 ml)
• pinch of salt
• 0.5 tea spoon leaven
For filling:
• 1.5–2 cans of boiled condensed milk
for filling
• fried nuts (as desired)
– Mix all the ingredients.
– Bake till the nut waffle halves get gold color.
– Cool the ready nut waffle halves a bit and
level the edges with a knife.
– Fill the halves with boiled condensed milk and
nuts and put them together.
