Lemon-raspberry sorbet
Ingredients:
2 frozen bananas
1 tbs. of lemon zest

glass of frozen raspberry
Pass all the ingredients through the sorbet-
maker.
Strawberry sorbet
Ingredients:
2 glasses of frozen strawberry

glass of vanilla ice-cream
Pass all the ingredients through the sorbet-
maker.
Tropical sorbet
Ingredients:

glass of frozen pineapple pieces

glass of frozen mango pieces

glass of coconut flakes

glass of vanilla ice-cream
Pass all the ingredients through the sorbet-
maker.
The unit can be also used for making paste.
Ingredients:
200 g of chicken liver
sour apple (1 pc.)
Salt, pepper, sugar to your taste
100 g of butter
Wash liver, combine with a sliced apple (without
peel) and fry. Add salt, pepper and sugar to
taste. Then pass twice through the unit, add
some broth and combine with whipped pre-
melted butter.
TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSES
No ready product
goes out of the
hole of the lid (1)
Obstruction may have
built up in the body of the
head (3). Unplug the unit,
remove the head body,
remove the lid (1), take
out the screw and remove
the obstruction. Wash all
the parts with warm water
and neutral detergent.
Dry them and install back
to their places.
Leaks can be
seen between
the lid (1) and the
body of the head
(3).
Make sure that the silicone
gasket inside the lid (1) is
installed evenly.
Sorbet is too soft
The ingredients had not
been cooled well enough.
