1/2 cup of granulated sugar 5. Add chocolate chips and chopped nuts and
mix at the attachment (1) rotation speed «4»
for 1 minute.
3/4 cups of brown sugar
2 eggs
1-1/2 tea spoon of vanilla
extract
1/3 cup of milk
1 cup of chocolate chips
3/4 cups of chopped nuts
Mashed
potatoes

1 kg of peeled potatoes
1. Cook the potatoes in salted water until ready.
2. Put boiled potatoes into the bowl, install the
attachment (2) and let it operate at the speed
«4-5» for approximately 1 minute.
3. Add hot milk to mashed potatoes and continue
operating for 1 minute.
1/2 cup of hot milk
Butter to taste
1 tea spoon of kosher salt

1. Divide whites of the eggs from yolks and put
the whites into the bowl.
2. Use the beater (3), whisk the egg whites to the
