Precautions
1) The power supply voltage must be consistent with the rated voltage
of this product.and if not, please contact the dealer and stop using it;
2) To use the humidifier for the first time in a new environment, please
keep it unused at room temperature for 30min to prevent damage to
the water tank due to sudden changes in temperature;
3) Always use this humidifier within the normal room temperature range
(5℃~40℃);
4) Please place the humidifier on a flat position and avoid tilting;
5) Do not use the humidifier directly on the wooden floor to prevent the
floor from being deformed and damaged by moisture;
6) Please place the humidifier 2m away from furniture and electrical
appliances to avoid moisture;
7) Please place the humidifier away from heat sources and avoid direct
sunlight exposure;
8) Never add hot water above 40℃ into the water tank and water
channel to avoid damage to the humidifier;
9) Never let water flow into the body from the air outlet. If there is water
on the body, wipe it with a piece of dry cloth to avoid damage to the
humidifier;
10) Please empty the water tank and water channel at the room
temperature below 0℃ to avoid freezing and causing damage to the
humidifier;
11) Please do not put metal products, chemicals or detergents into the
water channel, otherwise poor atomization will occur;
12) Please power off the machine and unplug the power plug before
emptying the water channel;
13) Please power off the humidifier and unplug the power plug before
moving, cleaning or filling the humidifier; do not move it when it is
working;
14) Never add water through the mist nozzle and air outlet;
15) Please avoid water entering this humidifier during cleaning;
16) Do not disassemble the body components at will.
Tips
Water accumulation at base: The humidifier uses the ultrasonic atomizer
to oscillate and break up liquid water into water mist, and the water
tank is only a transitional water storage tool, so it’s a normal
phenomenon that water is accumulated in the water channel of the
base.
Mist volume adjustment: The mist volume of the humidifier can be
adjusted. If there is water around it during use, it indicates that indoor
humidity is too high, so adjust the mist volume appropriately.
Fault Analysis and Troubleshooting
Cleaning and Maintenance
1. Clean the water channel and water tank of the humidifier regularly in
order to maintain the best performance of it.
2. Clean the atomizer in the water channel frequently to prevent dirt
accumulation around it, otherwise stubborn stains are difficult to be cleaned
after a long time.
3. Before cleaning this humidifier, please power it off and unplug the power
plug.To unplug the power plug, please hold it firmly instead of pulling it.
4. Do not use chemical solvents, gasoline, polishing powder and other
substances to clean the surface of this humidifier. It is recommended to
clean it with clean water instead of detergents.
5. Please use a piece of soft cloth for routine cleaning of all parts and use the
detergent produced or supervised by our company to remove the scale that
is difficult to be removed from the water channel.Melt the citric acid with hot
water at 60℃ (the ratio of water to citric acid is 10mL:1g), pour the solution
into the scaled area and wait for 5min, and then gently scrub the scaled
surface with a brush until the scale is cleared.
6. Please change the water in the water channel and water tank frequently
to keep the humidifier clean.
7. If this humidifier is not in use for a long time, please clean and dry all its
parts and then put it in the original packing box or in a dry place.
Remarks: If the fault still exists after the above analysis and troubleshooting, please contact our
company's service outlet or dealer. It is strictly forbidden for non-professionals to disassemble and
assemble this humidifier without authorization.
The indicator does not light up and no mist is out after the “POWER” button is
pressed.
Cause: The power is not turned on or is faulty.
Countermeasure:
Power on again.
Little water mist
Cause: There is too much scale on the atomizer or too much impurities in the water.
Countermeasure:
Clean the atomizer or change the water.
Unusual noise
Cause: There is insu翿cient water in the water tank, or the humidifier is placed on an
unstable surface.
Countermeasure:
Fill the water tank with water, or place the humidifier on a firm surface.
There is no mist after power-on.
Cause:
1. The water tank is short of water, so the humidifier is under empty protection;
2. Water fails to flow out of the water tank, and the silicone valve and the valve
needle in the water valve kit have not been installed in place.
Countermeasure:
1. Power this humidifier on again after the water tank is filled with water;
2. The silicone valve and the valve needle installed in place.
