SMART mode will not activate
A mode other than SMART was selected after machine startup. Turn machine off and press SMART.
Load imbalanced.
Noise during operation Some noises may be emitted by the motor, pump and water flow.
Machine will not spin
Load imbalanced. Machine will not switch to high spinning rpm to avoid damage.
Imbalance can be caused by washing a single heavy item (e.g. padded garment, patchwork blanket, etc.). Try the program once again
with a different load.
Leak from the detergent tray
Detergent tray compartments clogged with detergent and require cleaning.
Water pressure too high. Pressure needs to be reduced.
Machine slanted forward.
Other leaks
Water supply tube fittings loose. Check the machine body and tap fittings.
If the fittings are tight but still leak, replace gaskets in the tube connections.
Drain hose incorrectly fastened.
Smell Run the «Drum Cleaning» program.
Door will not open The door will not open until the lock icon on the control panel goes out after program completion.
Low water level during washing The level is normal if it is visible in the lower part of the door glass.
Too much foam
Detergent is not suitable for machine washing (it should be marked «For washing machines» or «Machine wash»).
Too much detergent used.
Less detergent is required if the water is soft.
Miscellaneous
Your washing machine is equipped with sensors that monitor the washing cycle processes and parameters (e.g. water level, temperature,
load balance, time / stages).
ERROR INDICATION
In some cases malfunctions can be detected by the washing machine’s microcomputer control system. Warnings are issued as audio signals and error codes displayed:

Е02 No water filling
Ensure that the supply valve is open.
Ensure there is water in the system.
Ensure the supply tube or filter is not blocked.
Е0З Drain problems
Clean drain pump filter.
Ensure that the drain hose is not kinked/jammed/twisted. If the malfunction persists contact a service center.
U4 Door lock failure Close the door again and press Start/Pause button. If the malfunction persists contact a service center.
Н Temperature too high
Press Start/Pause to suspend the washing program. Wait for a few minutes. When the temperature in the drum drops to a safe level
press Start/Pause to resume the rest of the program.
FXXX Negative ion level in the drum too high
Press Start/Pause to stop the washing cycle and wait for a few minutes for the anionic count to drop and the error message to
disappear.
ЕХ Miscellaneous errors Turn machine off. Disconnect power cable and contact the service center for repairs without delay.
NOTE: always verify the cause of the malfunction and rectify it before resuming
machine operation. Press Start/Pause once again. If the error code disappears
the machine will continue working; if the error code is till displayed please
disconnect the machine from power supply and contact a service center without
delay. The contents of garment pockets may block the drain hose or cause
damage to the machine. Do not wash clothes that do not have care instruction
tags, as well as garments not meant for machine washing.
