42 2 MAKING BASIC COPIES 2 4 Selecting the Magnification Ratio If the Auto Pap select or Manual Mode has been selected be sure to set the magnification ratio Both the fixed magnification and zoom ratios are available Fixed magnification ratios The fixed magnification ratios are some of the so ratios which are most frequently used CHAPTER 3 The Indicator corresponding to the magnification ratio currently selected lights up and that ratio is shown on the Magnification Ratio Indicator I NOTES z Full Size x 1 000 is automatically selected when power is turned ON If the ratio you wish to use is not available use the zoom ratio The fixed magnification ratios available can be changed by using the User s Program I Seep 100 Selecting the fixed magnification ratio Successive depressions of the Magnification Select Key cause the fixed magnification to move through the cycle shown below
