43 __ MAK NG BASIC COPIES Zoom ratios Use ths zoom ratio if you wish to make a copy at a magnification ratio other than those available among the fixed ratios Setting the zoom ratio Zoom Memory Up to four frequently used zoom ratios can be stored in memory They can be called up later for use in an actual copying job by simple key operations The zoom ratio can be stored in memory by using either the Calculator Function or 10 Key input Function 1 Time Zoom Feature This feature allows you to use a zoom ratio for a single copy job The Multi Copy Keys can be used to enter the desired zoom ratio without using the Zoom Up Down Key J NO TES ___________________________ _ The zoom ratio set using the 1 Time Zoom Feature is not stored in memory If you thmk you are going to use that ratio later why not store it in the zoom memory The zoom ratio can be varied using the Zoom Up or Down Key however any zoom ratio which has been corrected with these Keys cannot be stored in zoom memory CHAPTER 3 The zoom ratio may be used as a one time setting 1 Time yoom Feature or stored in memory Zoom Memory for later use
