Assembly

1. Attach the Cable (#22) to the Top Plate (#15), and go through two 4.5" Pulley.

2. Attach one 4.5" Pulley (#21) to the Weight Stack Frame (#1) using:

● two Pulley Cover (#67) ● one M10*50 SHCS (#94)

● one M10 Nylon lock Nut (#77)

3. Attach one 4.5" Pulley (#21) to the Main Frame (#2) using:

● one Pulley Cover (#67) ● one M10*50 SHCS (#94)

● one Φ11*Φ20*2 Flat Washer (#70) ● one M10 Nylon lock Nut (#77)

4. Attach one 4.5" Pulley (#21) to the Main Frame (#2) using:

● one M10*50 HHB (#85) ● two Φ11*Φ20*2 Flat Washer (#70)

● one M10 Nylon lock Nut (#77)

5. Attach one 4.5" Pulley (#21) to the Sway Pulley Bracket (#8) using:

● one M10*50 HHB (#85) ● two Φ11*Φ20*2 Flat Washer (#70)

● one M10 Nylon lock Nut (#77)

6. Attach the Cable (#22) to the Main Frame (#2) using:

● one M10*50 HHB (#85) ● two Φ24*Φ18*Φ11*9 Spacer (#25)

● one Φ10*Φ14*20 Spacer (#53) ● one Cable End (#41)

● one M10 Nylon lock Nut (#77)

Note: Wrench Tighten bolts and Nylon Lock nuts.
