Assembly

1. Attach four Adjustable Foot Plates (#11) to the Main Frame (#2) and the Weight

Stack Frame (#1).

2. Attach the Bottom Cross Brace (#3) to the Weight Stack Frame (#1) and the Main

Frame (#2) using:

● two M10*100 HHB (#73)

● two M10*35 HHB (#78)

● six Φ11*Φ20*2 Flat Washers (#65)

● two M10 Nylon Lock Nuts (#67)

3. Attach the Rear Cross Brace (#4) to the Weight Stack Frame (#1) and the Main

Frame (#2) using:

● two M10*135 HHB (#74)

● two M10*20 HHB (#75)

● six Φ11*Φ20*2 Flat Washers (#65)

● two M10 Nylon Lock Nuts (#67)

Note: Hand tighten Bolts and Nylon Lock nuts.
