14. Troubleshooting

14.1 Fault table

The water does not

heat up and the ON/OFF

indicator does not il-

luminate.

The high limit safety cut-

out has responded.

Check the appliance and

remove the cause.

Press the reset button

(see diagram).

The high limit safety

cut-out has responded

because the controller

is faulty.

Replace the controller.

Press the reset button

(see diagram).

The flanged immersion

heater is faulty.

Replace the flanged im-

mersion heater.

The heat-up time is very

long and the ON/OFF in-

dicator illuminates.

The flanged immersion

heater is scaled up.

Descale the flanged im-

mersion heater.

The safety valve is drip-

ping and the ON/OFF

indicator does not il-

luminate.

The valve seat is con-

taminated.

Clean the valve seat.
