SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. For Quick preparing of small bread, rolls..
Prepare them with baking powder or baking soda. We suggest that you put all liquid to the bottom of
the baking pan, and dry ingredients on top. Be alert during the mixing, dry ingredients may gather in
the corners of the pan. Mix the ingredients well.
2. Quick program
The bread maker can bake loaf within 1 hour 38 minutes with "QUICK" function. For this program you
need hot water (48 ºC – 50 ºC). Because the water temperature is very critical for baking, measure it
with thermometer. If the water temperature is too low, the bread will not rise to expected size. If the
water temperature is too high, the fungus in the yeast will be killed before rising, which also affects the
baking performance.
3. For the double baking pan
The double baking pan can be used in three ways:
Note: The capacity of each baking pan is 550g. Suggested loaf size is 1000g.
1) Making bread with freely chosen program, by using one side of double baking pan.
2) Making two same flavour breads with freely chosen program at the same time.
3) Making two different flavour breads.
