1. To t: Raise the rear cover and hitch the grass bag on

rear of mower. (Fig. 4,Fig. 5)

2. To remove: grasp and lift the rear cover, remove grass

bag.

Before using the machine you must read the separa-

ted Engine instruction book carefully and service the

engine with gasoline and oil.

ENGINE STARTING

Once the machine has been serviced properly, start the

engine as follow.

Please note: OHV Vertical Shaft Engine - „How to Start

the Engine„

1. When starting engine, turn throttle choke lever to “I”

position (g. 7).

2. Standing behind the unit, grasp the brake control

handle and hold it against the upper handle as shown

in gure followed.(g. 8)

3. Grasp the starter handle as shown followed gure

and pull up rapidly. Return it slowly to the rope guide

after engine starts.

Blade is in action as soon as engine started. While

the machine is working maintain the brake control

handle in working position. The engine will stop as

soon as you release the brake control handle.
