votre fournisseur pour qu’il vérifie si le
siège peut encore être utilisé. Les
composants endommagés doivent
toujours être remplacés. Contactez vo-
tre distributeur si vous n’êtes pas cer-
tain comment monter les nouveaux
composants.

Herzlichen Glückwunsch zum Kauf eines
Hamax-Fahrradkindersitzes. Sie verfü-
gen jetzt über einen komfortablen und
sicheren Fahrradkindersitz, der mit
Ihrem Kind „mitwächst“.
Bitte lesen Sie die Anweisungen sorgfäl-
tig durch, bevor Sie den
Fahrradkindersitz montieren oder
verwenden.
Bewahren Sie diese Anweisungen
an einem sicheren Ort auf. Sie wer-
den sie später brauchen, wenn Sie
zusätzliche Teile für Ihren
Fahrradkindersitz kaufen.
INSTALLATION
– Kann an Fahrrädern mit Gepäckträgern
angebaut werden, die die Norm
EN 14872 (mind. 25 kg) erfüllen.
– Kann an Fahrrädern mit Gepäckträgern
mit einer Breite zwischen 120 und 180
mm angebaut werden.
– Kann an Fahrrädern mit Gepäckträgern
mit einem Strebendurchmesser
zwischen 10 und 20 mm angebaut
werden.
– Kann nicht an Fahrrädern mit
Gepäckträgern ohne gerade und paral-
lele Seiten angebaut werden
– Kann nicht an Fahrrädern mit
Gepäckträgern mit einem
Strebendurchmesser von weniger als
10 mm angebaut werden
– Kann nicht an Fahrrädern mit
Gepäckträgern mit einem
Strebendurchmesser von mehr als 20
mm angebaut werden
– Der Sitz darf nur auf Fahrrädern monti-
ert werden, die für diese Art von Lasten
geeignet sind. Lassen Sie sich ggf. bei
Ihrem Fahrradhändler umfassend
beraten.
– Der Kindersitz wird mit dem Sitzadapter
auf dem Rahmenrohr des Fahrrads an-
gebracht. Siehe Abbildung E. Der
Sitzadapterknopf muss so fest
angezogen werden, dass der Sitz sicher
sitzt und nicht rutscht. Gewöhnen Sie
sich an, diese Prüfung vor jeder Fahrt
mit dem Fahrrad zu wiederholen.
– Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Sitzadapter
sicher befestigt ist, und kontrollieren Sie
diese regelmäßig.
– Der zusätzliche Sicherungsgurt muss
am Rahmen oder an der Sattelstütze
befestigt werden.
– Sie erreichen optimalen Komfort und
Sicherheit für Ihr Kind, indem Sie sic-
herstellen, dass der Sitz nicht nach vorn
geneigt ist, so dass das Kind nicht he-
rausrutschen kann. Hamax empfiehlt,
die Rückenlehne leicht nach hinten zu
neigen.
– Prüfen Sie alle Teile des Fahrrads auf
korrekte Funktion mit angebautem
Fahrradkindersitz.
– Sorgen Sie dafür, dass ggf. offen liegen-
de Sitzfederung geschützt sind.
VERWENDUNG
– Radfahrer müssen in der Regel über 16
Jahre alt sein, um Kinder auf dem Fahrrad
zu transportieren. Informieren Sie sich
bitte über die betreffenden Gesetze und
Bestimmungen in Ihrem Land.
– Der Sitz ist für Kinder ab ca. 9 Monaten
bis zu 6 Jahren oder einem Gewicht von
max. 22 kg zugelassen. Überprüfen Sie
regelmäßig das Gewicht und die Größe
des Kindes, damit Sie die zulässige
Höchstlast des Sitzes nicht
überschreiten.
– Transportieren Sie keine Kinder, die zu
jung sind, mit dem Fahrradsitz. Kinder
müssen in der Lage sein, über einen
längeren Zeitraum ohne Hilfe zu sitzen,
mindestens für die geplante Dauer Ihrer
Fahrradtour. Beachten Sie das emp-
fohlene Mindestalter. Im Zweifelsfall
konsultieren Sie einen Kinderarzt.
– Kontrollieren Sie, dass das Kind weder
mit Körperteilen noch mit Kleidung
