TROUBLESHOOTING

CAUTION! Switch off and remove plug from mains before investigating fault.

Conventional trouble Trouble reason Remedy

Motor does not start

∙ On / Off switch (1) is in the OFF

position.

∙ Plug is not inserted.

∙ Turn the On / Off switch (1) on

ON position.

∙ Insert the plug into the power

socket.

The machine vibrates highly

∙ Drill bit or chisel are damaged

or unbalanced.

∙ Connection of the drill bit or the

chisel unt for machine.

∙ Replace the drill bit or the

chisel.

∙ Use only suitable bits or

chisels.

The drill bit / chisel does not

come out

∙ Drill bit / chisel is blocked by dirt,

lack of maintenance and lubrication,

or attack is not compliant.

∙ Spray a few drops of lubricant

inside the spindle.

If the problem cannot be remedied on the basis of the information above, please take the device to an authorized

IVT Service Center.

ATTENTION! DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REPAIR THE PRODUCT BY YOURSELF AND DO NOT

TAMPER WITH IT! Any operation of repairing or extraordinary maintenance must be carried

out only by a qualied and authorized IVT Service Center. Do not try to modify any internal

part of the product! THIS WILL COMPLETELY VOID THE WARRANTY AND IT COULD CAUSE

SERIOUS INJURY AND DAMAGE.
