Note: You can also set your system proÞ le in the color section of the monitor and

sound control panel. This has the advantage of updating your display’s

gamma and white point setting.

5.2.1.2 Selecting the CMM:

In Custom Install of the ColorSync Installer you can choose which CMMs will be

installed. The LinoColor CMM is always present, Kodak CMM and Agfa CMM are

additional. Depending on the application and on the proÞ les you use, you can choose

the appropriate CMM. If you choose Automatic, ColorSync will use the CMM speciÞ ed

in the proÞ le itself. Choosing Automatic will usually bring the best results.

5.2.2.1 Choosing Default ProÞ les:

Make sure that ColorSync is switched on (see in the extension manager in the control

panel)
