Blazed or broiled reindeer fillet and boiled
potatoes (5 person)
Ingredients:
• Reindeer fillet
• Bacon
• Olive oil
• Mint
• Paprika powder
• Mixed pepper
• Salt
Make a marinade of the spices, and let the fillet
stay in at least 6 hours. Wrap the fillet with salted
bacon slices.
Do the blazing according to blazing instructions. If
you decide broil the fillet the broiling time is app. 20
minutes depending on the size of the fillet.
Do the broiling according to the broiling instruc-
tions. The wire trey is suitable for broiling.
Salad: Lettuce, cucumber, sweetened cloud berry.
Note! Avoid burning the food, because the smoker/
grill needs only a small amount of firewood.
OTHER APPLICATIONS
You can also make baked potatoes (or turnips) in
combustion chamber. Wash the potatoes and wrap
them in foil. Cooking time is app. 40–60 minutes.
You can fill the potatoes with sour cream sauce.
Ingredients:
• 4 dl sour cream
• onion
• pickled cucumber
• black pepper
• mustard
• dill

• ïîðîøîê ïàïðèêè, ñìåñü ïåðöà, ñîëü
Äëÿ êîï÷åíèÿ íà îãíå ñì. ðåöåïò âûøå. Ïðèãîòîâüòå èç
ïðèïðàâ ìàðèíàä, è ìàðèíóéòå â íåì ôèëå â òå÷åíèå íå
ìåíåå 6 ÷àñîâ. Çàâåðíèòå ôèëå â ïîäñîëåííûå êóñêè
áåêîíà. Æàðüòå îê. 20 ìèíóò â çàâèñèìîñòè îò ðàçìåðà
ôèëå. Ïðè æàðåíèè ðóêîâîäñòâóéòåñü èíñòðóêöèåé
ïî èñïîëüçîâàíèþ êîïòèëüíè. Ðåøåòêà êîïòèëüíè,
ïðåäíàçíà÷åííàÿ äëÿ êîï÷åíèÿ íà îãíå, ïðèìåíèìà è
äëÿ æàðåíèÿ íà ðàñêàëåííûõ óãëÿõ.
Ðåêîìåíäóåì èñïîëüçîâàòü ïîäõîäÿùèé ê áëþäó
ïî äóõó ñåâåðíûé ñîðò êàðòîôåëÿ «Ïóéêóëà». Ñàëàò:
êî÷àííûé ñàëàò, ãðóíòîâûå îãóðöû, ìîðîæåííàÿ
ìîðîøêà ñ ñàõàðîì. Îáû÷íî ëåòîì âíåøíèé âèä, âêóñ
è ïðîõëàäíîñòü ñàëàòà ìîæíî ïîä÷åðêíóòü ñ ïîìîùüþ
çàìîðîæåííûõ ñàäîâûõ ÿãîä. Ìû ðåêîìåíäóåì
èñïîëüçîâàòü òàêèå ÿãîäû.
Âíèìàíèå! Ñëåäèòå çà òåì, ÷òîáû
ïðèãîòàâëèâàåìîå áëþäî íå ïîäãîðåëî, òàê êàê
âûñîêàÿ òåìïåðàòóðà â êîïòèëüíå äîñòèãàåòñÿ
äàæå ïðè ñãîðàíèè î÷åíü íåáîëüøîãî êîëè÷åñòâà
äðîâ.
ÄÐÓÃÈÅ ÂÎÇÌÎÆÍÎÑÒÈ
ÏÐÈÌÅÍÅÍÈß
 òîïêå ìîæíî ëåãêî ïðèãîòîâèòü ïå÷åíûé êàðòîôåëü,
ðåïó èëè æàðêîå. Îíà õîðîøî çàùèùåíà, è ïîýòîìó
ñîçäàåò îãðîìíîå êîëè÷åñòâî òåïëà, íî ìèíèìàëüíîå
êîëè÷åñòâî äûìà ïî ñðàâíåíèþ ñ êîñòðîì.
Ïå÷åíûé êàðòîôåëü
Çàâåðíèòå ïðîìûòûé êàðòîôåëü â ôîëüãó è çàïåêàéòå â
òå÷åíèå 40–60 ìèíóò.  êà÷åñòâå ñîóñà äëÿ êàðòîôåëÿ
ìîæåò èñïîëüçîâàòüñÿ, íàïðèìåð, ïîäëèâà èç ñìåòàíû.
Ïðîäóêòû:
ñìåòàíà, 2 áàíêè
ëóê
ñîëåíûé îãóðåö, ÷åðíûé ïåðåö, óêðîïá, ãîð÷èöà
 êîïòèëüíå ìîæíî ïðèãîòîâèòü è äåñåðò.
