4.2. PRINCIPLES OF OPERATION
The humidier uses the water stored in the water tank to make water vapour. The
machine’s fan system releases this vapour into the dry air, creating the necessary
humidity.
5. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
5.1 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place the humidier on a at and horizontal surface in an appropriate location.
2. Remove the water tank cover (2) from the base of the unit (6), add cold water to the
water tank (3) and t the cover back on the base correctly.
3. If you wish to add essences (not included), take out the water tank cover (2) and
pour 5-10 drops into the water tank. Put the water tank cover back in its position.
4. Plug the humidier into the mains power supply.
5. Press the button (5) to switch it on. The blue indicator light above the button will
come on. Never switch it on when the tank is empty.
6. Press the button (5) sequentially to change the desired mist ow and to switch the
night light o or on according to the following sequence:
1st press: low mist level and night light o.
2nd press: medium mist level and night light o.
3rd press: high mist level and night light o.
4th press: low mist level and night light on.

light comes on and the humidier stops working for safety reasons.
7. The appliance can be switched o at any time by holding the button (5) down for
2 seconds.
When the tank is empty, the red indicator light comes on and the humidier stops
working for safety reasons.
NOTE:
When it is cold, the windows and even the walls could fog up or allow frost to develop
due to excessive interior humidity. If this happens, reduce the vapour release to avoid
damage due to the condensation of the water.
An excess of humidity in the room can cause the humidity to gather on the surfaces
where it could encourage the growth of bacteria and fungi. The accumulated humidity
could also damage the furniture and walls, especially wallpaper.
In order to correct excessive humidity, especially in a small room, leave the door of
the room open and reduce the vapour release.
5.2. PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
1. Do not ll the water tank (3) with water whose temperature is in excess of 40 °C to
avoid discolouring or deforming it.
2. Do not allow water to enter the interior of the body of the device by means of the air
outlet. Dry and water from the exterior part of the base with a dry cloth.
3. Do not insert metals, chemical substances, or detergents into the water tank,
because these actions could cause the release of vapour to be aected.
4. If the water tank is excessively full, do not move the device - the water could spill
over and come into contact with the interior of the body of the device, which could
cause damage to some internal components.
5. Never empty the water which remains in the hollow of the base without having rst
turned o the device - the transducer would burn itself out immediately.
