Physical Installation

ICA-550W / ICA-150 / ICA-150W

1. Connect an Ethernet cable

Connect one end of an Ethernet cable to the LAN port located on the internet

camera rear panel and attach the other end to the network device (hub or

switch).

For ICA-550W / ICA-150W, this will disable the Wireless Interface. The Wire

less and LAN interfaces cannot be used simultaneously. Using the LAN inter

face is recommended for initial conﬁguration. After the Wireless settings are

correct, the Wireless interface can be used.

2. Attach the external power supply

Connect the provided power adapter to the camera’s connector labeled

“12VDC” on rear panel.

3. Check the LEDs

The PWR will turn on brieﬂy, and then start blinking. It will blink during startup,

which takes 15 to 20 seconds. After startup is completed, the Power LED

should remain ON. The ACT LED should be OFF, it will ﬂash when anyone is

viewing live video. The network LED would be on depending on which network

type is available.
