Replace the AAA battery of the hose.

Is the dust bin full?
•
Empty the dust bin.
Is the lter blocked?
•
Clean the pre-lter, motor protection lter, and
exhaust lter.

If suction power is still weak after cleaning the
lter, replace the lter at the LG Electronics
Service Center.
Is the suction nozzle, hose, or
length adjustment extension tube
blocked by a large foreign object?

Remove the sticking large object using the
wooden chopstick.

Plug the power cord of the charging stand into
the socket.
Is the product or battery put on
the charging stand correctly?

Put the charging stand on a at spot and put
the product or battery correctly.
Did you charge the product at a
cold place?

The battery may not be properly charged at low
temperature below 5 °C due to the character

room temperature before use.
