Connecting of Pipe The connecting pipe can be removed from the indoor side The connecting pipe is consisted of signal control wire mental pipe and capillary The head of the connecting pipe is self enclosed When the air conditioner leaves the factory the indoor unit and outdoor unit are connected and both charged with refrigerant So when installing the vacuumizing as other air conditioner is not need You just need install the two units in ideal place of indoor and outdoor In common condition please don t dismantle the units If necessary please do as follows 5 4 2 2 Fig 2 Fig 1 1 Signal control wire 4 Fast tie in female 7 Fast tie in female 10 Screw 8 9 2 Fast tie in male 5 Socket 8 Pipe supporting plate 11 Back panel 3 Clamp 6 Fast tie in male 9 Connecting pipe 1 Before dismantling please put the indoor unit on the working table making the space under the pipe is enough for the follow operation 2 Unscrew the screws of the back panel pull the panel downwards and backwards to remove it Fig 1 3 Dismantling of the right side Fast tie in use a spanner to twist the nut of the Fast tie in 7 clockwise until it is splited Note Use another spanner to fix the nut of Fast tie in 6 to avoid damaging of the pipe Fig 2 To avoid the leaking of refigerant please do it as quickly as possible when you takedown the fast tie in 4 Dismantling of the left side Fast tie in use a spanner to twist the nut of the Fast tie in 4 anti clockwise until it is splited Note Use another spanner to fix the hind part of Fast tie in 2 to avoid damaging of the pipe Fig 2 To avoid the leaking of refigerant please do it as quickly as possible when you takedown the fast tie in 5 Dismantle the plug of the signal control wire 1 in the pipe from the indoor Socket 5 Then remove the two screws of the clamp 3 holding signal control wire in the clamp 6 Removing the Pipe supporting plate 8 to catch the connecting pipe 9 by unscrewing two screws holding the plate 8 7 If you want to connect the indoor and outdoor units after dismantling please do it as reverse steps 13
