4) POWER TOOL USE AND CARE

foryourapplication.Thecorrectpowertoolwilldothejob
betterandsaferattherateforwhichitwasdesigned.
b)Donotusethepowertooliftheswitchdoesnotturnit
onando.Anypowertoolthatcannotbecontrolledwith
theswitchisdangerousandmustberepaired.
c)Disconnecttheplugfromthepowersourceand/orthe
batterypackfromthepowertoolbeforemakinganyad-
justments,changingaccessories,orstoringpowertools.
Suchpreventivesafetymeasuresreducetheriskofstart-
ingthepowertoolaccidentally.
d)Storeidlepowertoolsoutofthereachofchildrenand
do not allow persons unfamiliar with the power tool or
theseinstructionstooperatethepowertool.

• Use completely unrolled and safe extension cords
withacapacityof16Amps(U.K.13Amps)
• Alwayskeepthecordawayfrommovingpartsofthe
tool
• Ifthecordisdamagedorcutthroughwhileworking,
donottouchthecord,butimmediatelydisconnectthe
plug
• Neverusethetoolwhencordisdamaged;haveitre-
placedbyaqualiedperson
• Ifthedrillbitbecomesunexpectedlyjammed(causing
asudden,dangerousreaction),immediatelyswitcho
