Suction line not in the water,
no flow and no pressure.
Message appears after 90 seconds. After rectifi-
cation of the fault the resetting of the fault mes-
sage is carried out by pushing the SET button.
Running text CHECK WATER INFEED
NORMAL 0
Air test
1.5 BAR
Pump switches on after de-
lay.
Measuring cycle:After a specific number of cy-
cles the pump switches on not at the switch-on
pressure, but rather waits approx. 25 seconds to
see if the pressure in the system drops to 1.5 bar.
If the pressure does not drop in this time, the air
filling is OK.
TROUBLESHOOTING
CAUTION!
Disconnect the mains plug before any fault rectification work. Faults in the electrical system
must be rectified by an expert electrician.
Malfunction Cause Rectification
Pump motor does not
run
No mains voltage Check fuses and power supply.
The suction line is not in the
water.
Submerge the end of the suction line into
the water by min. 30 cm.
Suction line blockage Remove dirt from the suction area and filter.
Pressure line blocked off Open the closing off devices in the pressure
line.
Pump drawing air into the
suction line
Check all the connections in the suction line
for leaks.
Replace seal ring.
Pump drawing air, water
shortage on suction side.
Switch pump off and allow to cool.
Hose diameter too small Replace the pressure hose with one with a
larger diameter.
Fault message "Suction
Side" appears
ALARM
Water supply
1.5 BAR
Water volume on the suction
side to little
Throttle back the pump to adapt the flow
rate.
Fault message "TOP
UP 1.5 BAR" appears.
Low air pressure in the stor-
age vessel
Top up the air in the storage vessel. (Set the
diaphragm pressure to 1.5 bar).
Running text TOP UP 1.5 BAR
